Cardio: Tabatas – 30-10’s:

1. Alternating Lateral Squat jumps
2. MB Russian Twist
3. Alternating Lateral Squat jumps
4. MB Russian Twist

Repeat for 2 rounds

Core: Tabatas – 30-10’s:

1. Grasshoppers
2. Alternating T-Stabilization (push up position)
3. Grasshoppers
4. Alternating T-Stabilization (push up position)

Repeat for 2 rounds

Strength: Tabatas – 30-10’s:

1. MB Diagonal Chops
2. Front Lunge to MB Twist - R
3. MB Diagonal Chops
4. Front Lunge to MB Twist – L

Repeat for 2 rounds

Strength: Tabatas – 30-10’s:

1. Squat Thrust or Burpees
2. Alternating vertical Leg crunch
3. Negative Push ups
4. Leg raises

Repeat for 2 rounds

10 Best Tricep Exercises for Sexy Summer Arms

Having nice arms for summer is a must!!

Ladies, before we burn off the "extra wave" off your triceps. We need to get them tone and strong.

To do so, you will need to strengthen and get them defined underneath the unwanted fat.

After that, we burn off the fat so everyone can marvel at your sexy arms.

Below are 10 of the best exercises to do for those strong, sexy arms.

Tricep Exercises:

1) Close-grip push-ups
2) DB skullcrushers
3) Barbell skullcrushers
4) Cable rope pushdowns
5) Cable overhead extensions
6) Dips (with or w/out weight)
7) Kickbacks (DB's or cable)
8) Diamond cutters (seated or standing)
9) 1-arm overhead tricep extension
10) Reverse cable pushdowns

* Any push exercise will involve the tricep.

If you want to increase strength and muscle definition, starting out with 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps is sufficient, with a 45-60 second rest in between sets. Keep the tempo of the exercise at a fairly slow speed.

Belly Fat Blasting Breakfast

If you want to burn the fat off your belly you need to burn THIS into your brain first.

Eat breakfast.

Look, you can make fat loss as difficult as you like. You can make it out to be super complicated if you so choose.

Ninja Kicking Fat Fighting Pills

So another new year is upon us. Untold numbers of people are "resolving" to win the battle of the bulge this year.

Some people are actually laying out a solid plan based on exercise and nutrition.

Others are going to go on yet another fad diet.

Even worse, lots and lots of soon to be disheartened folks will be turning to the latest miracle pill they've seen on TV or the Internet.

It's really sad.

The marketing for these pills gets cranked up to full blast now that it's January. These far less than reputable companies know how desperate people are. And they certainly know how much greater that desperation becomes in January.

Look, you and I know better. We know that the only way you're going to Ninja Kick that fat off your belly, butt, hips and thighs is to eat right and exercise.

Know what else is sad?

Once people come to grips with the fact they've been ripped off over and over by these "miracle" diet pill companies, oftentimes they'll refuse to listen to reason about nutritional products that have actual benefits.
