Yesterday, we trained the "GUNS" baby!!
We are in the strength training phase this whole month.
I want to put some muscle on these girls.

Tabatas - 4 Exercises: 20-10's
1) Negative close-grip push ups
2) Bent over 1-arm DB kickbacks
3) BB Hammer Curls
4) Single leg Alternating DB Curls (palms up)
