I am going to be the biggest loser because I am dedicated and believe in this program and you are motivating the hell out of me! It is time to bring sexyback so I am pushing myself more and more each day. I will come to class three days a week and workout on my off days by myself and I plan on completing the Trolly Run in April, so I have to keep on track. This is my lifestyle change. I am too old to keep having bad habits!

Kri...thanks for the email. I appreciate all the advice you send out! It has certainly worked for me. I was one of those people you talked about who thought they knew what they were doing since I have been lifting/running for about 20 years now...it's funny when you try new things and find out what you didn't know. Thanks for the info and please keep it coming...I need it!!

I don't "deserve" to be the winner of the Biggest Loser of Kansas City contest just yet. That is a title I will have to earn. I plan on earning that title by continuing to eat right, and working out at least 6 days out of the week. And..even if in the end I don't win the contest, I will have established positive life changing behaviors that will assist me in meeting my 100 pound weight loss goal.

I want to be the biggest loser! I am 44 and am soooo busy with six kids. But for the first time ever, I have finally started - and stuck with - a program that includes all aspects of health and fitness. Those being exercise, nutrition, and persoanl assistance from the greatest trainer! I had always thought if I kept my weight at a certain number, I was ok. That was getting harder and harder to do! And since starting bootcamp I have learned there is a big difference between being at a fairly good weight and being IN SHAPE! I am also learning that the number on the scale doesn't mean as much as how my body looks and feels, and losing unwanted and unhealthy fat! I'm six weeks into it and going strong!! THANKS KRI!!
I "believe" that I am going to be the biggest loser because as my husband says, "when I get something in my head - I become obsessed with it!" I love going to bootcamp and have noticed results just in the first month. Not only have I lost weight, but I have lost inches and have gained a great attitude because I feel better about myself!!! I had a hard time at first realizing that this was not going to be a quick fix, but needed to be a lifestyle change. I have even begun making the family eat better too. Nutrition is a big part of my life now. I owe it to you, Kri, for helping see the light! Thanks!

I am truly trying my hardest to be the biggest winner, all the girls in my 6:00 class work hard and we all deserve it. Kri's class works me to the point that i dont think i can finish, but i do. And about 10 minutes after class i feel so good about myself. I am so confident in Kri and his ability i tell everyone about this class.. If I cant be the biggest loser i will keep referring and keep my workouts for free :>)
As I have just begun coming to your classes, it's going to take a lot for me to become the biggest loser, but I figure if I could put on 20 lbs so fast, I should be able to take them off, especially with the way you continue to kick my butt in class. The way I can be the biggest loser is to learn to eat not like I'm on a diet, but learn to put GOOD fuel in my body. I'm a high performance vehicle, but i've been putting regular in the tank instead of premium! Thats why my engines aren't working as well. Even though I've only been to 3 classes, I know that this is what I need! Thanks Kri!!

I still have a chance to become the Biggest Loser. I have two months to step it up a notch. I will do my cardio and attend Bootcamp 3 days per week. In addition, I just ordered ProGrade's Protein shakes, multivitamins and Krill Oil. It is time to get my nutrition going in the right direction! Here I GO!!!!
I love sexyback bootcamp because I see and feel great results! It takes hard work and dedication, but it is sooo worth it! I feel great. I feel that the bootcamp and your advice will help me make lifestyle changes so I can stay fit and healthy. You are AWESOME!!! Thanks for all of your help. I will spread the word!!

I am going to be the biggest loser,I will be in class threee times a week and on my off days I will run at least 1mile or so. I have had 5 children spend marjority of my life raise them ,now their all grown and off to college. Now it time for Me and for me to get my sexy back on again. I'm dedicated and willing to
help a friend stay on track.
I just started the class and really enjoy the hard work outs. I need someone to kick my butt and get it in gear to work out regularly. Seems like you fit the bill on that. I am ready to make a change. Thanks!!!

I am working so hard to become the biggest loser.... I LOVE Bootcamp....KRI tries to kill us EVERYDAY!!!! Not literally, of course. But he does PUSH us to our limits.... he sees potential in each and every one of us.... The class all bond together and also help push and encourage each other.. I have worked out with a Personal Trainer for about 1 year one on one and I have to admit that the group setting is working for me because we each hold each other accountable. Kri texts us EVERY day with something new to think about and I LOVE BOOTCAMP!!! Thanks KRI for bringing my SEXY BACK!!!!!

Those who responded in time will receive a gift card for one-free month of training. If you have already been in class training or been with me over a month, you cannot use the gift card for yourself. You have to give it to someone else who needs to drop the fat and bring sexy back! The gift card has to be used in March 2009.
I want to be the Biggest Loser because I know I can do it. I have the support of friends and family, and I have the drive to stick with it. I am willing to put in the work and get there in as short or as long of a time as it will take me. SexyBack is the best training I've been to in a long time because you change up the workouts each time I'm there. That keeps it interesting and hard, and I know it will work for me in the end. I want SexyBack to get me toned and flexible again. I'm trying to become the best I can be with the training that Kri is giving me. I am getting pushed to my limits each and every class, and I think that I will be able to touch my toes again in no time.
